Peter Brown, Beatles assistant at Apple Records,

Steve Holly, drummer for Wings, was at
the 1982 Fest for Beatle Fans.
Buzzy Linhart was at the 1982 Fest for Beatle fans.  
I owe a lifelong interest in music of all kinds to the Beatles.  The band got me started on rock and roll and expanded my musical horizon and taste to
the whole world and beyond (and within.)  I periodically attend the Fest for Beatle Fans at the Meadowlands in New Jersey and many of these pictures
were taken there.

One day, Cara, a keyboard player I had played with at the Blockhouse Beef & Brew
Clam Jams back in the eighties, called and said her new band wanted a picture like
the cover of Meet The Beatles.  The original iconic photo by Robert Freeman has
been a subject of copies, tributes and satire ever since it appeared. My version just
didn't have even lighting on all the members, so it was never used.
